It's Election Day in San Diego and that means registered voters will get a chance to participate in the Gubernatorial Primary Election starting at 7 am.

Every registered voter in the county got a Vote By Mail ballot.

The voter will then tuck the ballot into the privacy screen and hand it over to an Elections Ontario official, who then places it into a tabulator.
