The report says we'll also see version 2.0 of Apple's ARKit augmented reality tools, which will be flawless for multiplayer gaming as it can save and share the location of augmented reality objects and users.
Given that WWDC is a developer conference, it's become nearly tradition for Apple to unveil a sneak preview of the next version of all of its major software updates.
On the other hand, Apple has approved an updated version of the Telegram messaging service, a day after Telegram complained that it had been prevented from getting software improvements into the hands of iPhone owners worldwide.
Apple is expected to launch MacOS 10.14 at WWDC, although the update will mostly be security-related. However, with the likes of Fitbit joining in with their smartwatches, expect Apple to announce some new features to help the Apple Watch remain in the race to make the most advanced accessory for tracking your health, workout progress and more.
Apple has made a huge chunk of money through its iTunes Store for iOS where several iPhone users buy new apps and macOS users have always been devoid of a polished App Store interface and its large streamline of apps for download. And there are indications that macOS 10.14 will called Mojave, after the Mojave desert in California.

However, Apple is also likely to hold its traditional iPhone event in September to reveal the next version of its smartphone, and the firm could choose to also discuss its other hardware products then. Currently, NFC can only be used for Apple Pay. However, with the update, iPhones with NFC will soon be able to unlock doors of hotel rooms, auto doors among others. Expectations are also high about the introduction of iPhone SE 2 at the conference. The new tablet could also get Face ID facial recognition technology, which debuted on the iPhone X in 2017.
Stay tuned with us for latest updates. The company may launch a wireless charging pad called the AirPower that it announced a year ago. The screenshots also suggest the addition of a dedicated news application to the platform.
Of course, Apple has kept its software plans silent. The smart speaker is expected to come out under the "Beats" branding, but nothing is certain as of yet.
