Eurovision 2018 airs Saturday BBC at 8pm.
We're sending Aussie darling and ex-Australian Idol contestant Jessica Mauboy across to Lisbon, Portugal.
Back in March we featured Ireland's Eurovision video entry, "Together", by singer-songwriter Ryan O'Shaughnessy, which featured a gay couple dancing down the street after leaving Dublin's Temple Bar. Love that messaging, Jess.
Last night 19 countries went head-to-head for a chance to compete in this Saturday's massive Eurovision Song Contest Grand Final.
The other countries, including Australia, battle it out in two semi-finals, with the top ten performances from each heading through to the Grand Finals.
Punters do think that the Irishman will make his way through the semi-finals tonight after he was backed from 5/1 into 10/3 to get through. Both semi-finals will be rebroadcast in primetime at 7:30pm. They left us last for a reason. "We made the Eurovision what it was and we're going to make it what it is in the future".
If you were hoping for some music and cabaret-like show performances from the hosts - like for example Petra Mede and Måns Zelmerlöw in 2016 - you'll get disappointed.
Just visit the Eurovision website during the broadcast and give artists an immediate thumbs up or the thumbs down during their time on stage.
"It's a very cultural and traditional thing which we Australians have been watching for many years, holding our breath to one day possibly be a part of it", she said.
However, you'd be hard pressed to find a better reaction that the one you're about to watch.
