Technically there have been 18 movies so far in the mega-comic book franchise, but sometimes it feels like there's an infinite number of superhero flicks, especially with Avengers: Infinity War hitting theaters April 23.
Avengers: Infinity War only got 2000 screens in India, yet it garnered a good occupancy. As the Avengers and their allies have continued to protect the world from threats too large for any one hero to handle, a new danger has emerged from the cosmic shadows: Thanos. Not only that, Spider-Man is still under Sony's control, but he's being lent out to Disney / Marvel for crossover movies like this - you think they're going to let one of their most profitable characters die off in a movie they don't have a stake in? Numerous films in the series - Captain America, Thor, Guardians of the Galaxy - revitalized the careers of actors like Robert Downey Jr. And she definitely can, since Carol is an absolute tank when it comes to raw power.
Avengers: Infinity War kills a lot of characters - but how many of them do we expect to actually stay dead?
If the box office sales for the film finish where they are predicted to, then the film will become the second-highest domestic opening weekend of all time.
