'Bedazzling' Avengers: Infinity War could break records

But expectations are high after the massive success of Black Panther, which so far has raked in more than $1.3 billion worldwide and has broken the all-time North American record set by Titanic, with more than $680 million in the US and Canada.

Anthony and Joe Russo direct the film, which is produced by Kevin Feige. While "Avengers: Infinity War" is expected to be the biggest movie of the season, as well as the year, it's only the beginning of the cinematic thrills to come this summer. Coming just two months after "Black Panther" earned the franchise its best reviews and some of its biggest box office totals, how well does the latest film measure up to its expectations?

"People have been (living) with these characters for a decade and this is the ending".

Hickman was responding to a trailer for Avengers: Infinity War that formally introduced the Black Order, the fanatical followers of Thanos who made their comic book debut in Hickman's Infinity event series during his multi-year Avengers run.

The groundbreaking and record-shattering Black Panther cast - including Danai Gurira (Okoye), Chadwick Boseman (Black Panther), and Letitia Wright (Shuri) - was on hand to celebrate Infinity War, the first movie to take the Avengers to Wakanda. I wouldn't be surprised if they keep things officially under wrap until after Avengers 4. From Elizabeth Olsen's Scarlett Witch and Paul Bettany's Vision, arm-in-arm on the cobbled streets of Edinburgh, to Tom Holland's sweet-natured Spider-Man tagging along for the ride, everyone gets multiple moments in the spotlight.

Oscar nominee, Mark Ruffalo, does very well with comical cues, but in all the scenes - which need an urgency and despair - he, well, still looks amusing.
