Westworld season 3 might not premiere until 2020

Whether you didn't have time to puzzle over the first season again, don't trust yourself to have caught everything or you know you can't trust the showrunners to give you any Season 2 hints (because #SpoilerCulture), here's a handy round-up of things to keep in mind ahead of the premiere on Sunday. "That mystery will be solved directly in Season 2", co-creator Jonathan Nolan told EW while discussing that scene when Maeve nearly escaped. Although I have seen only the first episode, I do not think there would be a lot of such moments in this season.

Where can you watch it?

As expected, HBO is keeping details about the season 2 premiere close to the vest, but we do have some info. But seeing as you can sign up for free trials on the Sky Cinema and Sky Kids packages too, you may as well take them out for a spin too.

The first season of HBO's Westworld was a Western-themed riddle inside a maze on top of a puzzle.

Season one never ventured beyond Westworld and the Delos offices - so will we see the rest of this future world in season two?

If you are an AT&T Unlimited customer you can get free HBO Now no matter what you use to watch TV, or free HBO Go if you are a DirecTV subscriber. Here's the season 2 trailer. He will appear on the season's second episode, though. The pace in this season is less likely to be as slow as the first one.

Which characters will be back?

Should fans expect a major character shake up in season two? Teddy (James Marsden) is accompanying her, but he doesn't seem as sure about her murderous spree as she does.

Also, more Tessa Thompson.

When William arrived in Westworld he was a poor lackey to the wealthy and powerful Logan, but the older William, Ed Harris' Man in Black, is clearly a very powerful man. Not only that, but the robot also bears the likeness of Arnold, the park's original co-founder alongside Robert Ford (Hopkins).

Westworld will return April 22nd 2018 on HBO.

Unsurprisingly, yes, there will be a few new characters in the park this time.

Will we see more Westworld parks? .

Meanwhile Variety reports that Gustaf Skarsgård (Vikings), Fares Fares, and Betty Gabriel will all join the show. "She's improvising, and we're right there with her".

Nolan added that each season of Westworld is meant to feel like a feature film, and promised that viewers will get a strong sense of resolution come the end of the second season.

Back before Westworld, an adults-only amusement park populated by lifelike robots, had opened its doors, Arnold started to believe that Dolores was sentient, and had concerns about what they were doing.

"It's insane. There's more chaos", star Steven Ogg recently told INSIDER about the new season. It didn't take long for that to happen, leading Nolan to link to the video in question - but, uh, let's just say it's not exactly what he promised.

It's official: the robots have inherited the Earth.

"They're so secretive, with the nature of the show, where there's so many plot twists and everything is so delicate", Skarsgard told ET, calling working on the series one of the most "challenging" experiences of his career.

That's backed up by a secret website set up by HBO, Delos Destinations.
