Cards in the National Basketball Association: 2018 Playoffs are Here

The median age for NBA viewers on TNT, ESPN, ABC and NBA TV is 42, years younger than the National Football League (50) and MLB (57). That may be so. Golden State Warriors NBA Finals, as Odds Shark reported it is the favorite on the sportsbooks at a +345 moneyline price. The Houston Rockets and Toronto Raptors look more powerful than ever. I don't want to get on a bandwagon of a team I don't fully believe in. A few teams now have head coaching vacancies, a debate has turned public between two RotY candidates and a 10-year G League veteran - Andre Ingram - dropped 19 points in his National Basketball Association debut.

"I feel pretty ready", Toronto guard Kyle Lowry said.

The 76ers are riding a 16-game win streak and it's hard not to trust the process. Two teams with contrasting styles and it would benefit the Warriors a bunch to have to play only one of those teams in their quest to repeat as champions. They won the series 4-0 over Utah scoring 116.3 ppg. Great coaches can take mediocre rosters and transform them into playoff teams. The two teams were separated by just one game in the standings. They'll be able to lock down everyone except Giannis without trouble. Here are five things you may have missed from around the National Basketball Association this week.

Superstars are missing, teams are streaking, and the real season is just beginning.

Look: I love Gregg Popovich, one of the greatest coaches of all time in any sport. Plus Embiid should be back and ready.

Although it was tempting, I've made a decision to go with Utah's Mitchell. And remember, the Rockets have home-court advantage where they went an NBA-best 34-7 this season. Will they? Chris Paul has never been to the conference finals, but he's never been on a team this talented, with a player like James Harden.

Washington has struggled as of late, losing seven of their last 10 games. Spoiler? We think the Houston Rockets will win the championship. Casey has done a good job building this team and Derozan has definitely become a franchise player. If the pace picks up at some point in this series, over bettors are going to have a field day. Sure the Celtics will be playing without Kyrie Irving, which is a tremendous loss but they still are the favored team because of the way Brad Stevens has gotten them to play. I do think the Thunder could cause some matchup trouble for the Jazz. Rookie standout Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert are exceptional players for this squad and have the talent to hang with the likes of Westbrook, Paul George and Carmelo Anthony. They've won 11 of their last 13 games but their defence has been pathetic, finishing 29th in defensive rating. In a set defence their length is going to make it very hard for the Boston Celtics to score and win four out of seven games.

This series could be interesting.

It's true beauty lies in its thoughtful "subtlety" as even the sleeves got plastered. Overall, if there was to be a 4th match-up between the two teams, I believe that more people will be rooting for the Warriors than the Cavs due to the fact that people hate to see Lebron win. Portland enters its first-round encounter having connected on just 24 percent of its fourth-quarter 3-point attempts over the past 15 games. The action gets started with four games Saturday followed by four more on Sunday.

Davis is averaging a career-best 28.1 points per game. He's the best player by far on both sides of the ball this series. "We sincerely appreciate his efforts and considerable contributions to the team and wish him well in his future endeavors". The supporting cast of this Pelicans team has also been better than expected this season.
