Recreational marijuana wins big, if non-binding, vote in Illinois Primary

An Arizona Court of Appeals just ruled that out-of-state medical cannabis patients with valid prescription cards can possess and use cannabis legally within the state. Some veterans are in support of medical marijuana, including Nashville veteran Matt Walcyzk who served overseas in a war zone and suffers from PTSD.
The state set up eight regions to have one dispensary-the regions cover a 50-mile radius with eight of North Dakota's largest cities at the center: Fargo, Grand Forks, Devils Lake, Jamestown, Bismarck, Minot, Williston and Dickinson.
