Snow will linger through Wednesday midday

Snowfall will add up to 1 to 3 inches, with up to 4 or more inches in spots south and east of Youngstown.

So we should see another breezy afternoon set up across the Southeast, but I don't think it will be as windy as yesterday.

With drier air moving in from the north, we'll be dry area-wide by 2:00 PM.
Experts are also warning people not to put away their winter thermals just yet, as we approach the start of the British summertime this weekend. "Even with our plows out in full force, there still be slippery and snowy conditions on road surfaces". Thursday night we will have a partially clear sky as temperatures drop into the lower to mid 20s.
Old Man Winter is going to linger through the first part of the weekend.
The warmth won't arrive with a snap of the finger like most of us are hoping for.
A few little weak disturbances nearby may spark flurries each day. "In the north further spells of rain and snow are expected". Our high temperatures will be in the upper 40s to lower 50s. At this point, we think it best to look at the entire midweek period next week and say we expect 2 waves of moisture to come through. The storm will probably dump several inches of rain on coastal areas and inland through Thursday.
