Rev. Billy Graham Dies at 99

In his own country, Dr Graham was said to be an unofficial spiritual adviser to Presidents Eisenhower and Nixon, and preached at the latter's funeral. He was America's pastor.

Graham's son, Franklin, took to Facebook Wednesday to tell the world he will miss his father, but feels joy knowing he is with Jesus.

George W. Bush once credited Graham with paving the way for him to become president insofar as the pastor helped him to quit drinking alcohol.

Graham is estimated to have reached some 215 million people in 185 countries with the Christian message to turn from sin and trust in Jesus Christ, in part because of his pioneering use of television and radio. "I want him to say to me, 'Well done, thou good and faithful servant'".
