By now, a lot has been leaked as to what sort of hardware will the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S9 pack.
The new Android 8.0 brings a number of new features to devices, including better performance and battery life. So both Samsung Galaxy S8 and Note 8 will have rear-facing fingerprint sensors. The Galaxy S9 and Pixel 2 XL are pretty similar, but the bigger 6.2-inch Galaxy S9+ is the clear victor here. Here, the word "reimagined" hints that the upcoming Galaxy S9 camera (s) could be much more than just refined and will be entirely different. You can make out the windows on the buildings in front and the roofs of the buildings at the back in the Galaxy S9's photo.
Dark scenes are shown in the video that could be a nod to improved low-light abilities which would be a very welcome addition. SamMobile reports that several users claimed the Oreo promotion made their Galaxy S8 shut down randomly.
And there are a lot of selfies in the video, so the S9 might also excel in that area. We've known for a few months now that Samsung chose to recycle the Galaxy S8 for one more year.
When it comes to a price tag for the new flagship there have been conflicting reports. When Apple announced the gimmick on stage we could see Samsung replicating something similar in its next generation of devices.
We know that Samsung will be launching the two flagships of the year on Feb 25 at an Unpacked event. If you're one of them, don't panic as it appears that this is also happening in other markets as well.
Of course, everything is subject to change, and nothing is official until Samsung confirms it themselves on February 25th. We can expect them to arrive around the same time in India as well.
