Former Vikings LB: 'The Saints fan base can be obnoxious'

In their loss to the Vikings, the Saints ran for 60 yards. Minnesota won 29-19, but since then, both teams have changed a lot.

So it's time for Vikings fans to cross their fingers, light candles or enlist a witch doctor to reverse this curse. That being said, this one isn't going to be the pushover Vegas or many others think it will be.

No offense plays well on the road against the Vikings.

The Vikings opened as 4.5-point favorites; the total was 44 early in the week, according to sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark. He knew it then, and he knows it now, that the chances to play in and win a Super Bowl come few and far between for most National Football League players. "So I want them always to feel welcome, that they were a big part of what all of us are now standing on".

Minnesota Vikings quarterback Case Keenum will take on Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints in the divisional round. They understand the value of experience in these do-or-die games.

"We can relate", Brees said.

Still, the Panthers had a first down on the Saints 21 with 41 seconds left. "I guess it was the last three games when we played good defenses, too".

The New Orleans Saints made a big turnaround this season. The Vikings turned the ball over five times in that game, ultimately losing in overtime to Drew Brees and the underdog Saints. The Vikings will need an edge somewhere in the third phase of the game, whether it's not giving up a big return or Kai Forbath knocking down extra points and field goals. "Thanks for the years of supporting our team and making us a part of your life".

For teams that don't play that often, this series has a lot of history and scars on both fan bases psyches. In the end, there's no way to pick against New England straight up, but it would not be a surprise at all if this one is still a game well into the fourth quarter. Did we know our identity?

Ultimately, Zimmer is right. The defense isn't very good.

Heading into the divisional round of the 2017 NFL Playoffs, various storylines rise to the top for each of the eight teams still in the hunt. Brees leadership was key for the Saints to claim their division once again. Ingram, the 2009 Heisman Trophy victor at Alabama, has run 230 times for 1,124 yards and caught 58 passes for 416 yards - a total of 1,550 yards from scrimmage. They just haven't missed a beat.

Brees is a week shy of his 39th birthday. The Panthers essentially had dared Brees, the quarterback who owns five of the nine 5,000-yard passing seasons in National Football League history, to beat them, employing a defensive game plan in which the top priority was to slow Pro Bowl running backs Mark Ingram and Alvin Kamara. "They care about things that are tied to human reality, so if we have something to pray for then there are certain Saints that could help", Fr. Peter said. If running back LeSean McCoy is healthy enough to be effective they'll give the Jags a run for the money, but fall short. All those things you have to be aware of. Get the other guys involved. But if you must bet, take the Saints and the points. They were fairly balanced on those yards allowed, ranked 15 in passing (224.8) and 16 in rushing (111.7). And their inexplicable season-long struggles on third down continued Sunday when they went 2-for-8. Cameron Jordan and Marshon Lattimore are All-Pro-caliber players. He has certainly gotten the Vikings wide receivers' attention. Neither of them were in games played on a Sunday. He's got great ball skills. Now Bryant looking at and have seen iPod business really knew who just shows you repaired in the NFL. "He's not playing like a rookie-he's not a rookie anymore".

Come Sunday, Keenum will make his first postseason start against the New Orleans Saints, and, with a win, he'd accomplish something not done since Tim Tebow.

Only six quarterbacks finished the 2017 regular season with a better passer rating than Keenum (98.3). Zimmer expects him to be amped up for the game, but not any more than usual. He said as much two weeks ago after leading the Vikings to a win over the Rams. That guy. I think Ryan Kalil is a helluva player, and Matt Kalil ... He should be comfortable at U.S. Bank Stadium and will have a relatively healthy offensive line protecting him. So I think nearly got to train them but it's an likes marriage Uggla right Adam.

"Well, I think we were efficient offensively in the last three games".

Just one step closer to me potentially dying a happy man.
