Vikings' Sam Bradford had no business being on field against Bears

The only points the defense allowed in the first half came on Forbath's 26-yard field goal late in the second period-after the Vikings had taken over at the Bears' 13 following a blindside strip/sack of Trubisky by defensive end Everson Griffen, who beat left tackle Charles Leno Jr. McKinnon exploded for a 58 yard score in the third quarter, but his impact was felt beyond just that long run. The Vikings definitely have an advantage over the Bears, but at least with the game in Chicago, the Bears do have a chance.

When the Vikings signed Murray, they didn't know they would land Cook and switch to an outside zone running scheme. "Case is a high-energy guy; he's real focused, but he'll give you some positivity and some high energy".

"Duck, duck, goose was planned in the huddle right before we went out", Rudolph said. "And also, you know, Jet (Jerick McKinnon) picked us up a lot".

Trubisky completed 12 of 25 passes for 128 yards with one touchdown, one interception and a 60.1 passer rating.

Now, I must say I did have some mixed feelings about how it happened, though, which bears partly on what he happened later.

The Vikings and Eagles are dueling hard for that Week 5 celebration title, each submitting strong entries and setting the bar high for future on-field revelers. While a couple of defenders were able to get their hands on him, they were unable to bring him down as he ran into the end zone.

"Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you don't", Trubisky said. Bradford walked off the field noticeably limping and was pulled for the Vikings' final drive of the half. Cook was third in the league in rushing with 354 yards on 74 carries until a torn ACL placed him on injury reserve.

We've entered the fourth season of the annual South Point-lined Play of the Day competition, effective July 1. Bradford looked scared to drive the ball with his injured lower leg, which led to limp tosses. "But I don't think there was any doubt whatsoever he was ready to go". It should be an excellent game and for bettors seeking a real-time betting experience, bet365 Sports will be offering live in play markets throughout all four quarters of action. Timu left the contest after sustaining a knee injury in the second half, but both linebackers played well when on the field together.

"Obviously the first half wasn't very pretty", Vikings coach Mike Zimmer said.

That might have been a one-time only use play, but it sure paid off.

It's definitely a blow because you're cheering for him and you want him to do well. So to see him come in and take control was special.

Minnesota, which is 3-2 with Monday's result, has another NFC North clash ahead as it takes on the Green Bay Packers, who are first in the division with a 4-1 record. "It's big for us, so it's going to be a much better flight home".
