Want to buy the latest iPhone? Get it from the US!

Apple christened the Steve Jobs Theater on its new campus in Cupertino, California, yesterday with a slew of product announcements.

The new device was unveiled at a launch last night, alongside the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, as well as the new £999 iPhone X smartphone flagship. It also has the improvements of the iPhone 8, including wireless charging and the new A11 Bionic chip.

The iPhone X is also the first smartphone to get rid of the iconic Home button. For next year's model, Apple plans to adopt an L-shaped battery that should yield faster charging speed.

Another survey done before the launch by Creative Strategies and SurveyMonkey had said 21 percent consumers would buy the costlier iPhone regardless of the price.

It will cost $199 in the U.S. for AppleCare+ on the iPhone X and £199 in the United Kingdom, according to TechRadar.

Apple is touting the iPhone X as nothing short of "the future".

But with the near-full display, the phone's home button and Touch ID feature are gone.

This model has a 5.8 OLED screen which takes up the entire front of the phone. iPhone X also introduces a new way to unlock your device.

The iPhone X will have glass on both the front and the back, creating what Apple calls an "all-glass design". Apple manages to do this, by generating a huge revenue on each iPhone it sells.

"The iPhone X is the realisation of that vision".

Companies like Apple and Samsung are constantly innovating in their smartphones and the results are seen in every rendition of the devices.

With the enhancement of the Augmented Reality (AR) capabilities in the new iPhones, and enabling cellular within the new Apple Watch Series 3, I very well could be.

New Portrait Lighting feature Your selfies will now look better than ever with the new feature that customises the light for your face.

Apple TV: Apple's set-top box will now support 4K resolution, which is four times as sharp as HD.

The iPhone 8 and 8 Plus upgrade the existing models without completely changing them, but iPhone X is a different matter. The long-suspected price has caused much consternation among analysts, who fear that even Apple fans will balk. You can preorder them on September 15 - they will start shipping on September 22.¨.

Due to the premium price tag of the iPhone X and the huge screen the device has, the extended warranty might be something owners are especially interested in.
