Cruz's Twitter Account Liked A Porn Account

Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX)'s official Twitter account accidentally "liked" a hard-core pornographic video Monday night due to a "staffing issue", he says. It remained on the Texas senator's page for more than hour before being removed Tuesday around 1:20 a.m., according to The Verge.

As I write this, Cruz hasn't made a statement, but one of his staffers told Twitter that the "offensive tweet" was taken down. "It was a mistake".

Frazier mistakenly said the video was posted to Cruz's account, not liked.

To make matters worse, Cruz's former college roommate blasted him even further on Twitter.

As PinkNews points out, Cruz put forward a brief as Texas' solicitor general that defended a ban on the sale of sex toys. Or does someone Cruz follows follow @SexuallPosts and they retweeted or liked the porno and it showed up on Cruz's TL, where it was inadvertently liked?

"Only 2017 could give us the plot twist of Ted Cruz liking porn on Twitter on September 11th", Josh Jordan tweeted.

The actual post-which, fair warning, is explicit pornography-features what appears to be a wife coming home, seeing her husband cheating on her, and, rather than intervening, choosing to masturbate on the sidelines while watching.

However, Nicole's male costar Bruce Venture, a self-described "saint" and producer, among other things, has milked the attention to Cruz's Twitter activity since daybreak.

And who can forget his hilarious response when actor Charlie Sheen suggested he and Cruz form a team to win the presidency in 2020.

The 2-minute and 20-second video, posted from an account called "Sexuall Posts", an adult content account that promises "Full-Length HD Porn Posted Every Day".

"It was a staffing issue", said Cruz.

Jedediah Bila cited a case in which Cruz was forced to pull an attack ad from the 2016 campaign because it starred an actress known for doing pornographic films.

"I hate that it happened when I can't see it, but when I found out it was trending, it was one of those OMG moments", she said.
