Trumps attend wedding of treasury secretary and Scottish actress

First lady Melania Trump wears a billowing pale pink dress with nude pumps with President Donald Trump for U.S. Secretary of Treasury Steve Mnuchin and Scottish actress Louise Linton's wedding on June 24.

Mr Mnuchin exchanged vows with Ms Linton at the Andrew W Mellon Auditorium in Washington.

While Treasury is keeping mum about the event, Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross let the secret out while introducing Mnuchin at a conference this week in Washington.

Melania accompanied President Donald Trump at the ceremony and posed for pictures alongside the bride and groom, as well as Vice President Mike Pence and his wife, Karen. Ross said he and his wife "extend our congratulations and look forward to seeing you Wednesday your dear fiancee, Louise Linton, on Saturday".

The couple has been engaged since 2015.

Edinburgh-born Ms Linton, 36, has appeared in movies including Cabin Fever, and TV shows such as CSI: NY.

Guests at the wedding, who were expected to include Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner, first daughter Ivanka Trump and several Cabinet members, were treated to a performance by kilted bagpipers and ballerinas in white tutus, the source said.

She also works as a film producer.

The marriage will be the third for Mnuchin and the second for Linton.

Last week, the fiancee of Mnuchin Linton told The New York Times that many guests from 300 people will be from the presidential administration. In May, it was made public that Linton would resign as interim CEO of Dune Entertainment, a film financing company Mnuchin once headed, as part of his divestment.
