North Korea calls Trump a 'psychopath'

On Tuesday the president called what happened to Warmbier "a disgrace". Warmbier died Monday at the hospital-and doctors said his death may have stemmed from the long flight home. I feel bad for his family.

United States doctors say there is no evidence he suffered from botulism, and the Warmbier family believe he died as a result of "awful torturous mistreatment". He had returned to the United States in a coma after being held captive in North Korea. The administration is also considering imposing "secondary sanctions" against Chinese companies that do business with North Korea, a move that would be met with hostility in Beijing.
Since Trump took office, he and his cabinet have said the key to reining in Kim is China, which provides most of North Korea's food and fuel imports. The Trump administration is considering banning travel by US citizens to North Korea, officials said Tuesday, and Trump declared Warmbier's treatment a "total disgrace".
