Grand Island man competing in next season of Big Brother

This season, 16 new houseguests will enter the Big Brother house to become temporary residents of a building breeding with battles, betrayals, bickering and bawling.

"Big Brother" will air at 8 p.m.

Megan Lowder, 28, is among the contestants who will be competing for $500,000 during the show's 19th season.

There is no word on whether this season's cast will feature a group of entirely new cast members or if there will be returning houseguests as in seasons past.

Additional details on both the house itself and some of the twists for the new season will be released shortly.

Among the cast is Christmas Abbott, who says her favorite Big Brother player is Helen Kim from Season 15.

Viewers are now encouraged to vote for their bets, and the contestant who will gain the highest vote will be proclaimed as the victor in their own right. The contestants live together in a house outfitted with video cameras and microphones that constantly record them. Sundays and Wednesdays with the weekly eviction show at 9 p.m. Dominique Cooper, 30, is a government engineer who lives in Virginia. Elena Davies is a 26-year-old radio personality from Texas. All these names and a lot more will wow the audience as the show debuts very soon.
