Authorities say Interstate 10 is closed in southeastern Arizona and southwestern New Mexico due to a 25 vehicle pileup near Lordsburg, N.M.
A 30-year-old man and 29-year-old woman from Phoenix were also killed in the crash.
The New Mexico State Police said in a statement that officers were investigating a twenty-five vehicle pile-up on I-10 at mile marker 11 westbound.
Officials say 77-year-old Jose Manuel Clemente and 38-year-old Maurella Clemente Munoz were the two victims from El Paso involved in the crash on Monday night.
