BOC Aviation to Buy 10 Boeing 737 MAX 10 Jets

Boeing and BOC Aviation Limited announced a memorandum of understanding for 10 737 MAX 10 airplanes, subject to internal approvals, today at the 2017 Paris Air Show.
Boeing Co. (BA) Monday said BOC Aviation Ltd. (2588.HK) has signed an initial pact to buy 10 of the latest Boeing planes in an order valued at US$1.25 billion at list prices.
"Our new vision is to propel CDB Aviation into a formidable global aviation leasing platform", said Peter Chang, President and Chief Executive Officer, CDB Aviation. The leisure group is the first European operator to select the latest member of the 737 MAX family of airplanes. "The 737 MAX, the fastest-selling airplane in Boeing history, and the cutting-edge 787 Dreamliner will play a key role in bolstering our fleet and advancing our global market presence to fulfill the vision".
The 737 MAX 10 will be the most profitable single-aisle airplane, offering the lowest seat costs ever.

Boeing said it had more than 240 Max 10 jets on order from more than 10 customers with the jet expected to be ready in 2020.
