WWE Money in the Bank 2017 Preview

It's likely The Hype Bros are going to win this match as The Colons have had zero momentum whatsoever.

Mojo Rawley, who lost to Mahal last week, got encouraged when Zack Ryder returned on his side. Here are the matches and our predictions for the show. Now the PPV is simply restricted to one show as opposed to being one of the bigger events of the year. Which one of SmackDown's powerful women will emerge from the historic match with the contract in tow?

It is hard to have AJ stand out recently as he is on cool down mode a little since being such a big part of SmackDown Live.

No matter what happens in either ladder match, the Money in the Bank conceit allows for myriad possibilities for the future of the "Smackdown" title picture.

Plus, this year will also mark the first-ever Women's Money in the Bank ladder match, as well with the victorious getting a shot to the women's title, as well. It's the first match of its kind for the women and the victor gets a SmackDown Live Women's Championship match anytime the victor chooses over the next 12 months. I feel Charlotte will steal the show as she is the most athletic person in the entire match. Cashing in on a prone champion feels very more like a heel tactic than a babyface one. When rounding out the top 10, the next matches include former TNA star AJ Styles vs. Dean Ambrose vs. John Cena from No Mercy, Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins from Raw in November, Charlotte vs. Becky Lynch vs. Sasha Banks from WrestleMania, John Cena vs. AJ Styles from SummerSlam, and The Miz vs. Dolph Ziggler from No Mercy. The Colons (Primo and Epico): This match was added in a few days ago and will be on the pre-show. Randy Orton: Jinder Mahal surprised everyone by becoming the WWE Champion at Backlash 2017. The first person to climb a ladder and unhook the briefcase wins the match, and the contract.

The last victor of the match was Dean Ambrose back in 2016.

JOHN POWELL: Becky seems to be the perfectly suited to win this match but it will probably come down to her and Charlotte battling for the briefcase. Yes, Jinder Mahal is WWE Champion and will be taking on the challenge of Randy Orton on Sunday as well.

Once the champion began speaking in his native language of Punjabi, Orton's music hit which served as a distraction to The Singh Brothers who left the ring. All in all, regardless of who wins, the tag team scene on Smackdown is finally heating up.

A jazzy celebration turns sour for The New Day when The Usos arrive.

Joel Lampkin: The Usos have been great, their repackaging has been great and they are surprisingly great on the mic but their lack of presence has been a real issue, propping The New Day to be seen as the top guys on SmackDown Live. We'll find out soon. In terms of who will win the match, I think it's Carmella's time to win.
