Cosby's accuser says she was drugged, groped; 'I was frozen'

"I was trying to get my hands to move, my legs to move, but I was frozen", Constand said.

Constand said her body was limp and she couldn't fight him off.

Cosby's legal team highlighted erroneous statements she made to police in 2005 when she first reported the incident, including that she had never been alone with Cosby before the alleged 2004 attack. He also placed her hands on his genitals.

Bill Cosby's chief accuser denied any prior romance between them as she was questioned by one of Cosby's lawyers in his sex assault case in suburban Philadelphia Wednesday.

Constand said she first met Cosby in late 2002 at a women's basketball game at Temple University in Philadelphia, after being introduced by a donor.

She says Cosby became more flirtatious and suggestive over time, once grabbing her thigh and later attempting to unbutton her trousers.

Cosby, who's been charged with three counts of aggravated indecent stemming from his alleged conduct with Constand, has been accused by dozens of women, many of whom claim that he drugged and sexually assaulted them, though this is the only criminal case that the comedian faces.

"Yes", replied Constand, though she said the bath salts were not from her, but from a friend.

But moments earlier, under direct examination by Montgomery County Assistant District Attorney Kristen Feden, Constand told a story of how Cosby seduced her, drugged her, and assaulted her sexually. "And I felt him take my hand and place it on his penis and move it back and forth". Instead, she said he responded, "I thought you had an orgasm, didn't you?" "And I said, 'I did not".

Constand isn't his only alleged victim on the stand.

His lawyers tried to poke holes in Constand's story, citing differences between her courtroom testimony and the accounts she gave to police and in a lawsuit in 2005.

She added: "I wanted it to stop".

About 20 minutes after taking them she said she started slurring her words and had trouble with her vision.

During her testimony Tuesday, Constand said that Cosby offered her pills and said they were an herbal supplement. Also with him: Frazier's husband, John Atchison, a celebrity hairstylist whose client roster includes Cosby and his wife of more than 50 years, Camille.

Constand claimed on a later date she confronted Cosby to try to determine what pills he had provided to her. "I was panicking a little bit but I knew I couldn't really get up", she said.

However, Constand claimed Cosby made a "suggestive" advance towards her during their fourth dinner together, after no previous incidents.

Ms Constand says she later awoke from her drug-induced slumber to find his hands groping her breasts and his fingers penetrating her.

"The next thing I recall is putting my two feet on the ground and feeling my brassiere up higher around my neck and I looked at my watch", she said, wiping a tear away from her left eye.

Later, Ms Sewell says the comedian forced her daughter to take a pill.

Bill Cosby's former Cosby Show co-star, Keshia Knight Pulliam, 38, was seen walking with him and still remembers him as "America's Dad", despite his now tarnished reputation. "I just wanted to go home".
