Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo still dancing for joy

Real Madrid celebrated its record 12th European Cup with thousands of fans on Sunay, after returning to the Spanish capital from winning the Champions League final in Cardiff, Wales.

Midfielder Gareth Bale is enjoying life at Spanish champions Real Madrid and has committed his future to the club, the Welsh global said after the side's Champions League triumph on Saturday.

Zidane has now won the league as a player, an assistant coach, and back-to-back as the head coach. It is a long season but I am motivated. "This club is the biggest in Champions League history ever, it's great to be a part of and we want to win more".

Rodriguez has been linked with a number of clubs in the past few months and after not even making the bench for Real Madrid's Champions League final against Juventus, he will be expected to leave in the summer.

Just watch how the young footballer confounds other children during a kickabout on Real Madrid's famed Santiago Bernabeu pitch.

A few days earlier, they also got hold of the La Liga title, finishing three points above rivals Barcelona, meaning the Duodecima celebrations had to be big and nearly never-ending.

Mario Mandzukic's stunning strike cancelled out Cristiano Ronaldo's 20th-minute opener for Juventus to reach the break at 1-1.

Isco, who kept Cardiff-born Gareth Bale out of the starting line-up, described it as Real's best performance of the season as they outclassed Italian champions Juventus in the second half.

He also became the first player to score in three Champions League finals, and the first to score more than 100 goals all-time in the competition. We've won trophies and of course it is one of the best moments of my career - I have the opportunity to say this every year but it's true!

"He (Zidane) is the only one to win two consecutive Champions Leagues", added Perez.

"We dropped back too much and it was not good for us, and the second half he changed this. They showed their class and the attitude needed to play in this kind of game".

"I've spoken to the boys already but I'm sure they'll be working hard and yes, I'll be watching and praying we get the three points".
