Gwyneth Paltrow Discusses How Brutal It Was Being a Teen

As founder and now CEO of lifestyle brand website Goop, Gwyneth Paltrow has a lot on her plate - so much so that the 44-year-old Oscar victor is taking a bit of a break from acting.

"I'm doing just a teensy little bit here and there when I have time, but I am loving running my business", she explained. "I'm in the office all day every day and you know, I have a pretty big team now. I have a pretty big team - we're nearly 85 people - so I kind of need to be at work", the 44-year-old Oscar victor said on Today.

"I was such a kid, I was 22 when we met", she added of why they ended up breaking up.

No matter if her acting career is being placed on the backburner, we'll always love Paltrow for her standout roles in films like Emma, Shakespeare in Love, and The Royal Tenenbaums. "I'm not sure how I'll feel about acting going forward", she continued. Throughout her 28-year career, Gwyneth has appeared in almost 50 movies and won the Best Actress Oscar in 1999 for her role in Shakespeare in Love. And while she doesn't have as many children to focus on as Pitt, Paltrow said she considers herself "very lucky" to have a son, 11-year-old Moses, and a daughter, 13-year-old Apple, with her former husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin. But Paltrow understands that her + Goop is pretty embedded into people's minds right now as she continues to grow the company with things like a line of vitamins, a Goop print magazine, and even a recent wellness summit - entitled "In Goop Health." Telling the Facebook user, Corey, Gwyneth Paltrow said that "the ship has sailed" for her and her former fiancé. I was really trying to grow into this awkward gawky body, which I think I half grew into. "I mean, sometimes she asks me to close her door".
