Taylor Swift returns to Spotify the same day Katy releases album

The posts explain that Swift's music is returning in celebration of her most recent album selling 10 million albums worldwide, plus, RIAA's 100 Million Song Certification.

The 27-year old award-winning singer, #Taylor Swift, has now finally chose to let bygones be bygones and has released all of her songs to all #streaming services.

Taylor wrote the song Bad Blood about their feud but has never directly addressed rumours it was about Katy.

This all comes as Katy Perry tells NME Taylor tried to "assassinate" her character. Swift's entire catalogue, including her 2014 breakout, 1989, is available to stream as of midnight earlier today.

Coincidence or competition? Twitter is going wild after Taylor Swift released her entire back catalog of music on all streaming services on the exact same day that Katy Perry dropped her new album, Witness.

Some people seem to think that this move is more calculated.

As Buzzfeed summarized, Swift pulled all her music from Spotify in late 2014.

Swift's management said Thursday on social media that the singer would release her music to Spotify in celebration of the success of her last album, which was released past year.

Perry kept her mouth shut until this year when she had to do press in preparation for the release of her new album.

Perry recently confirmed the long-rumored rift while guesting on a Carpool Karaoke segment with James Corden on "The Late Late Show".

Fans were quick to react with excitement, with one writing: "SO proud of you and this album!"

Others are skeptical, though, with one Taylor fan saying: "katy called us "little girls" taylor wanted to thank her "little girls" for having her sell 100M songs by putting her music on spotify".

"I mean, I'm not Buddha-things irritate me", she said.
