The arrival of the new iMac Pro desktop is very convenient in terms of timing, specs, and its features, since Microsoft just released iMac and MacBook competitors under the name of Surface Studio and Surface Laptop, respectively.
If you were planning on buying a new Mac, now's the time: Apple has just refreshed its iMac and MacBook lines.
It will feature up to 18-Core Processors, 22 Teraflops of GPU Performance, Fast Storage and Advanced I/O.

The 12-inch MacBook was last updated earlier previous year with faster chips and a rose gold colour option. A brand new file system (AFS or Apple File System) will be standard with High Sierra.
Finally, both the iMac and MacBook Pro saw entry-level price drops to $1,299 for the 4K iMac and 13-inch MacBook Pro without Touch Bar. As a quick refresher, Apple's flagship MacBook Pro was derided for being overpriced and under-powered, with many users lamenting the fact that Apple's pro-oriented machine could only support 16GB of RAM.
