Piers Morgan Apologizes to Ariana Grande After Criticizing Her For Leaving Manchester

The 23-year-old Grande visited injured fans in the hospital last week before Sunday's One Love Manchester concert.

The benefit was the Grande's first show after a suicide bombing at her concert at the Manchester Arena in May left 22 people dead and wounded many others, including young children.

Between text message and online donations, the show - which featured performances by Grande, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, The Black Eyed Peas, Coldplay and more - raised $3.49 million, the British Red Cross announced.

The May 22 attack at Grande's Manchester concert killed 22 and wounded dozens more.

Ariana Grande will return to the stage Sunday in Manchester, England, for a concert to raise money for victims of a suicide bombing that struck at the end of her last show almost two weeks ago.

Grande became overwhelmed during the performance and began to cry, pausing to pull herself together with the encouraging cheers of the 50,000-strong crowd behind her, before finishing the song, the Independent reported.

A security guard has been hailed a "legend" after being spotted enthusiastically dancing at Ariana Grande's One Love Manchester concert. More than $13 million had been raised by Sunday night for the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund, the British Red Cross told the Associated Press.

Another emotionally-charged moment was when Grande was joined on stage by all of the other performers to sing her song "One Last Time". "We love you so much, to the families we love you so much". One Love Manchester was not about them, and it seems as though they both understood that.

The concert touched everyone's heart in the audience as well as Manchester's police officers.
