Pressure To Postpone UK Election After London Attacks

One of the suspected attackers is shot dead by police.

The three attackers had been wearing what looked like explosive vests that were later found to have been hoaxes.

"We ran for like 100 meters and then saw loads of police cars turned up and there was kind of a period of quite intense gunfire", he said.

Giovanni Sagristani, 38 and his friends were in the El Pastor restaurant on Stoney Street on Saturday night when one of the attackers came in and stabbed a woman in the chest.

Police treated injured on the bridge, buildings in the area were evacuated and subway stations in the area were shut down.
