One day after news that Leah Remini has joined the CBS sitcom full-time comes word that leading lady Erinn Hayes will not be returning for season two. The docuseries returns later this year with a 10-episode second season.


The show ranked as the number one new comedy according to Deadline Hollywood. Hayes, who played James' wife, Donna, on the sitcom, confirmed the news on Twitter on Saturday afternoon, writing, "True, I've been let go from the show".

Kevin Can Wait averaged more than 9 million viewers in its first season. "Thank you for all the support from our wonderful fans". In 2016, her docu-series "Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath" debuted on A&E. She's nearly proved right when Kevin's antics continuously put their undercover operation in jeopardy, but he has a revelation that helps them crack the case just when they think that they've met a dead end. Will Jerry Stiller get sucked into the show by the gravitational pull of King of Queens nostalgia by season's end? By the looks of it, the writers and creators of "Kevin Can Wait" are looking at shifting their focus from Kevin and Donna to Kevin and Vanessa.
