Pop star Ariana Grande visits fans in hospital

The show will stream live Sunday from the Emirates Old Trafford Cricket Ground in Manchester at 2 p.m. EST on Grande's official YouTube channel.

United States pop singer Ariana Grande has paid a surprise visit to young fans who were injured in a suicide attack on a concert she gave in Manchester last month, posing with them for selfies and signing t-shirts.

Grande and her team made a decision to come up with a benefit concert to raise funds and show their love and support for all the victims of the Manchester terrorist attack on May 22.

The likes of Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Coldplay, Take That, Little Mix and Miley Cyrus will be performing at the event.

Our sister station Key 103 is based in Manchester and we stand together with them.

However, more than 25,000 people have applied for the 14,200 tickets that had been put aside for the people who were at the show before the attack.

You'll be able to hear everything as it happens on air, online and on DAB, so make sure you tune in.

Jaden's father Peter posted a number of photos to Facebook of the star with his daughter and expressed his gratitude to the singer. The singer freed up her time to reach out to the victims and their families.

Twenty-two people were killed in the Manchester attack, and several more injured, after Abedi detonated a bomb in the foyer outside Grande's "Dangerous Woman" tour concert as fans were leaving.

"Never seen jaden so happy!even cried again myself [sic]", he wrote.

Ariana Grande arrives at the American Music Awards at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday, Nov. 20, 2016, in Los Angeles.

"All the children and parents were so happy she came", Thorpe said.

"We will not quit or operate in fear".

In a statement on Twitter last week, Grande said of the attack: "We won't let this divide us".
