The meeting between Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and top EU officials will end with a joint statement, backed by all 28 EU states, committing the European Union and China to full implementation of the Paris Climate Agreement.

One source briefed on the decision said Trump would pull out of the pact.
Sachs continued, "What is a shame is that this agreement, like any other negotiation probably has issues which should be dealt with in future negotiations, but leaders continue to work towards an end goal and not just walk away from the initial accords and steps that have been taken".
