Bloomberg says United States does not need Washington to fulfil Paris agreement

In his speech announcing his rejection of the agreement, Trump described it as an attack on American sovereignty and criticized looser emissions targets for developing countries like China and India as unfair.
Others, including Russia, India and Mexico, quickly signaled their commitment to the accord, although a Kremlin aide said it would not be viable without U.S. participation.
The U.S.is the world's second-largest emitter of carbon, following only China.
On his Facebook page, Leo wrote: 'Today, the future livability of our planet was threatened by President Trump's careless decision to withdraw the United States from the Paris Agreement. Connecticut Gov. Dan Malloy and Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe also expressed interest in joining the new pact.
California is already working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 40 percent from 1990 levels by 2030, and Brown has cast himself as Trump's chief foil on climate policy.
