Trump has voiced skepticism about climate change and the need to combat it, at one point calling human-caused global warming a hoax invented by China to undermine USA manufacturing prowess. A coalition of USA based companies banded together to run a series of ads that stated their opposition to pulling out of the Paris Accord, citing a better U.S. economy if the country remained within the Paris Accord.
If Mr Trump does decide to pull out of the accord, it is not clear how he will do it.
