Millie Bobby Brown Auditioned For X-23 Role in 'Logan'

Though all eyes were on Hugh Jackman in his swan song as Wolverine in James Mangold's Logan, fans were deeply impressed by the acting abilities of the Dafne Keen, the Spanish-American child actress who had played the role of X-23.

Millie Bobby Brown has revealed that she auditioned for a key role in this year's Wolverine movie Logan. I was filming Stranger Things, and I was like, 'This is gonna be unbelievable, I'm gonna really prepare, ' and I sat in my room reading the lines. And even though she didn't get it, she felts sitting in the room with Hugh Jackman and James Mangold was one of her best auditions ever, because she finally felt like a real actor.

Millie praises Keen's performance, saying, 'I watched it, she was incredible'. Though she obviously didn't land the role, Brown said she feels like the audition actually went really well.

"It was very awkward". "It was hard. I had to jump up and down". Brown is well known for her portrayal as Jane "Eleven" Ives in the Netflix original.

Instead, she has another plan of action when directors ask for her name and resume. 'Hi, I'm Millie. I'm 9 years old. "It was one of the best auditions". "I'm so ideal, you should totally hire me".

"But that's smart", Wood noted. "You know your audience when you walk into an audition".
