LeBron James' home vandalized with racial slur

Authorities are now investigating who could have pulled off this gross, hateful vandalism.

Multiple LAPD units responded early Wednesday morning to the National Basketball Association player's home after "someone spray painted the n-word on the front gate", according to TMZ.

LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers are now in California's Bay Area preparing for their 3rd straight National Basketball Association finals series against the Golden State Warriors.

Detectives are investigating it as a possible hate crime, authorities tell TMZ Sports.

While LeBron James is gearing up for the NBA Finals, a Los Angeles home owned by the Cavaliers superstar was reportedly vandalized with the N-word spray-painted on its front gate. Hopefully, these cameras captured the perpetrator behind this crime. The property managers of the home have already covered up the graffiti. The LAPD's West L.A. Division is investigating the incident.

LeBron, who is now in the Bay Area preparing for Game 1 of the NBA Finals tomorrow night, bought the home in 2015 but does not live there on a regular basis.

James and the defending champion Cavaliers will be in Oakland Thursday night to take on the Golden State Warriors in the first game of the NBA Finals.
