British Soap Awards 2017 moved back amid Ariana Grande concert clash

The Britain's Got Talent final is switching from Sunday to Saturday to avoid clashing with Ariana Grande's concert for the victims of the suicide bomber who struck after her gig earlier this month.

Variety reports that United Kingdom network ITV has rescheduled the season finale of BRITAIN'S GOT TALENT to make way for TV coverage of Ariana Grande's "One Love Manchester" benefit concert set for this Sunday, June 4th.

The Britain's Got Talent Final has now moved from Sunday night, and will now take place live on Saturday June 3rd at 7.30pm.

The change has also seen the British Soap Awards' broadcast, from The Lowry theatre in Salford, moved from Saturday night. Instead, these will be shown on Tuesday (6 June) at 8pm.

The benefit concert will feature acts such as Justin Bieber, Take That, Katy Perry and Coldplay, along with Grande herself.

The gig is reportedly called The "One Love Manchester" show and it will be held at the city's Old Trafford cricket ground this Sunday.

Tickets for the concert will go on sale on Thursday 1 June at 10am from Ticketmaster.

The Grande concert will in the United Kingdom air live on Sunday on BBC TV, BBC radio and Capital Radio Networks.
