'Evil losers': Trump slams terrorists behind Manchester bombing

Trump declared he would not call the terrorists "monsters", a term he believes they would prefer, instead choosing "losers", a longtime favorite Trump insult. So he called them what the president considers to be the worst imaginable thing: a loser.

"So many young, beautiful, innocent people living and enjoying their lives, murdered by evil losers", he said in Bethlehem while standing next to Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas.

You could tell by the tone of the President that he meant business when he thinks they're a lot more than "losers". "But they're losers", he added. "But they're losers just remember that".

The president, now on a trip to the Middle East, denounced those responsible for the suicide attack at the conclusion of an Ariana Grande concert as "evil losers".

Meanwhile CCTV, China's state broadcaster, is reporting that Chinese president Xi Jinping has sent a message to the Queen expressing his "sincere condolences" to those killed and injured in the explosion in Manchester and to their families. There was no immediate claim of responsibility.

Trump used the opportunity to ask countries to work together to defeat ISIS -something he's brought up repeatedly with leaders during his first presidential trip overseas.

"Our society can have no tolerance for this continuation of bloodshed, we cannot stand a moment longer for the slaughter of innocent people", he added.

"We stand in absolute solidarity with the people of the United Kingdom". More than a decade ago, Israel built a separation barrier in the West Bank, saying it is a defense against Palestinian militants who carried out deadly attacks.

"This wicked ideology must be obliterated", he declared.
