Tillerson Holds Briefing In Saudi Arabia Without US Press

"In all likelihood, we will talk, at the right time", he continued.

Tillerson was making the comments in Saudi Arabia at a joint press conference with Saudi Foreign Minister Adel Bin Ahmed al-Jubeir.

Launching a scathing attack on United States President Donald Trump for his comments on Iran during an Arab-Islamic-American Summit in Riyadh on Sunday, Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif said the USA might be "milking" Saudi Arabia of $480 billion after the two sides signed major deals.

The victory in the presidential election gives Mr Rouhani a second four-year term to see out his agenda calling for greater freedoms and outreach to the wider world.

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif tweeted today that the United States may be "milking" Saudi Arabia of Dollars 480 billion after Washington signed major deals with Tehran's Gulf rival.

He said he wants Saudi Arabia to help bring the Islamic world into a partnership with the United States for counter-terror and economic reasons.

Tillerson says a series of military and private sector deals agreed to by both sides sends a "strong message to our common enemies".

Tillerson said he wanted Rouhani to "begin a process of dismantling" what he called "destabilizing forces that exist in this region".

Al-Jubeir declined to offer an opinion on the likely impact of Rouhani's re-election, saying that who Iran chooses for its leader is its own business.

This is while Zarif advised U.S. President Donald Trump to discuss how to avoid another September 11 attack with the Saudi hosts of his first official visit overseas.

"Iran's defence policies and aims follow a set trend that can not be affected by any element", Jazayeri said, according to the state news agency IRNA.

Al-Jubeir said Iran isn't "a country that wants others to treat it with respect".
