AAP rebel Kapil Mishra attacked

Axed Delhi minister Kapil Mishra's complaints of corruption against Delhi government functionaries will be "examined and verified", the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) said today.

Sacked AAP minister Kapil Mishra announced he had shared evidence of Delhi's water tanker scam with the ACB.

The party asserted that was Mishra was making baseless allegations against Kejriwal "out of desperation" after being expelled from the Cabinet. They used to say that we will answer every question by the Aam Aadmi.

Mishra was sacked as a minister and from the primary membership of the party after he accused Kejrwal of accepting bribes and being involved in a land scam.

In a letter, Kapil told Kejriwal, "Someone told me if these details are revealed, the public won't let you stay in power for another moment". The AAP, however, said the man was not affiliated to the party.

The attacker was nabbed by the others present and handed over to police. "The second against the cash exchange of Rs 2 crores [exchanged] between Kejriwal and [Health Minister] Satyendar Jain, and the third against five AAP leaders who misused funds for foreign trips".

Mishra today fired a fresh salvo at Kejriwal alleging that a Rs 50 crore deal was arranged for the party chief's brother-in-law.

After meeting CBI officials, Mishra said, "I've registered three complaints".

Bhardwaj, while being taken away by the cops, said Mishra had dented the morale of party volunteers.

Mishra on Sunday made a shocking revelation and alleged that he saw Jain give Rs. two crore to Kejriwal. The former water minister had on Monday submitted documents to the Anti-Corruption Branch to back his allegations that Kejriwal had delayed the probe into the Rs 4-billion tanker scam. Even the police has said the same.

"I will go to ACB at 12 noon on Thursday and divulge more details in the water tanker scam", Mishra said.

While Kejriwal is yet to respond to any of the charges, his deputy Manish Sisodia had termed them baseless and not worth responding.
