Antonio Conte grateful Chelsea players embraced his methods

Antonio Conte lauded John Terry for putting Chelsea ahead of himself as the captain prepares for his final appearance at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea could finish the season with a league and a cup double as they have also reached the FA Cup final, where they will face Arsenal on 27th May.

According to the Daily Mail, Boro chairman Steve Gibson is said to be confident that his nephew will stay with the club in order to lead them back to the Premier League after they suffered an immediate return to the Championship.

"I think diving is not the most important thing to improve".

Hazard has returned to his best form under Conte, scoring 15 Premier League goals this campaign, and is determined to finish a fantastic season in style.

"Gary is our vice-captain this season and put the armband on every time John didn't play".

Conte, though, has backed Terry to make the move into management once his playing career ends. I think on Sunday we will see what happens. Next season we have to play in the Champions League again and we start the season as champions, so for sure it will be a hard season.
