How to Install Android O Beta on Eligible Phones and Tablets

According to Google's director of product management at Android, Stephanie Saad Cuthbertson, Google already uses machine learning in order to scan billions of devices and apps on a daily basis.
Android O running on Pixel will be best described in two feature clusters, or at least in the manner that Google presented version 8.0 to developers that attended this year's I/O event.

Fluid experiences mean Picture-in-picture which offers floating window support, Notification Dots that offer a quick glance option for app icons when you have notifications, Autofill with Google for a smoother overlay and Smart Text Selection using TensorFlow Lite that adds contextual options to the copy/paste menu as well as recognising text for what it is. As the Android Developers blog states, device makers won't have to go back to its silicon manufacturers to approve updates every time-it can push them through itself. This API will allow any app or website to use the payment information stored in your Google account, instead of your Android Pay wallet.
Android Pay may be badly lagging Apple Pay, but that is a problem that Google's Chrome browser doesn't have versus Apple's Safari. Each Android O device comes with Google Play Protect.
