Chelsea have two Premier League fixtures remaining - against Watford and Sunderland - before facing Arsenal in the FA Cup final at Wembley on 27 May.
But the 47-year-old suggested after the title success at The Hawthorns that he wanted to build on the rejuvenation he has led this season.
He said: "We started to do our work".
"For me to win in my first season in England, I am really proud of the achievement", he told BBC Sport. Then some of them will play Europa League, Champions League.
"We had a bad season [in 2015-16]".
Conte already said that League might be over but the job is still left as he is eyeing on the FA cup trophy this season.
The Italian said: "The club want to fight to win every competition". We have the same ambition.
"For this reason we try to keep the best players".
Antonio Conte was fielding a question in his post-match news conference when David Luiz and Diego Costa appeared from out of nowhere, barged past a couple of reporters and dragged their manager out of his chair and out of the room.
Paul Merson doesn't believe Chelsea captain John Terry would be a good signing for Bournemouth in the summer.
Chelsea reeled off 13 successive wins after the change and, despite a brief wobble with defeats against Crystal Palace and Manchester United, they coasted to the title in a no-nonsense style befitting their intense boss. He is the boss, he has driven them from 10th past year to make them champions and in the end it has been pretty comfortable.
Asked about his future, Courtois replied: "I don't think now is the moment to speak about that but, of course, I'm committed to Chelsea". To do so in his first season would be extraordinary.
Terry was an unused substitute at West Brom and has not started in the Premier League since the September 11 draw with Swansea but will be looking for a Stamford Bridge farewell.
"To find the right solution quickly isn't easy and for this I want to thank my players because they trusted in the new work, my philosophy, video analysis to see mistakes and they showed the right attitude and behaviour". I am committed to Chelsea'.
If Conte was suddenly serious talking about that, he was much jokier when discussing one of the key moments of the night: the decision to introduce a player who barely featured in Michy Batshuayi, who then scored the key goal.
