Sacked AAP minister Kapil Mishra goes to CBI with 'proof' against Kejriwal

Mishra also submitted the documents in connection with the corruption charges he levelled against Kejriwal and other party leaders to the CBI.
The Delhi unit of Congress has sought the sanction of Lt Governor Anil Baijal for initiating prosecution against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for "gross abuse of power" by the AAP government, as pointed out by the Shunglu Committee.
Mishra dared the AAP to oust him from the party even as he fired a fresh salvo at Kejriwal, saying a Rs 50 crore deal was arranged for the AAP chief's brother-in-law.
Mishra's allegations were made after he was sacked as Delhi's Water Minister on Saturday.
Sacked Delhi minister Kapil mishra had started an indefinite hunger strike, demanding that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) divulge details of foreigntours undertaken by five leaders of the party which, in turn, accused him of following a script penned by the BJP.
"Arvind Kejriwal should reveal all the details about the trips made by five of his close aides in the last two years", Mishra told The Hindu. "When Mishra's medical check-up was underway, he stood up and shouted, 'Why are you doing this?' He has been whisked and further investigation is underway", said a senior police officer.
Asserting that Kejriwal is planning to remove him as member of legislative assembly, he said the decision would not affect him adding he is ready give resignation.
Mishra has asked AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal to tell where party leaders- Sanjay Singh, Ashish Khetan, Satyendar Jain, Raghav Chadha and Durgesh Pathak- got the money from to fund their various foreign trips.
According to sources, removing Mishra will have political implications as it will make him an independent candidate.
Mishra filed 3 cases in CBI. I am on a war on corruption. It said that the exemption enjoyed by the Kejriwal-led AAP from paying income tax on donations could also be withdrawn as these privileges have been "wrongly claimed".
BJYM, in a statement issued, refuted the allegations and said, "this could be an act by an AAP Activist who vouch for cheap publicity".
