Much of Kanye West's behaviour over the past year has been dubious at best and worrying at worst, but it seems that the rapper is finally grappling with his demons.
An insider revealed, "he always records in different remote places".
According to TMZ, West has been holed up in a Wyoming retreat for a weeks now working on new music.
TMZ reported the "Waves" rapper, 39, has been at the top of a mountain for the last week in search of a muse for his new songs. After the events of the past year, including his hospitalization back in November 2016, sources say that Kanye is basically trying to center himself and get his creative mojo back on track. Kim K said in a tweet just before sharing the website and launch time in another.
The source explained: "They went through a really rough time there for a while".
West was at the Avex Honolulu Studio's, locking down three session rooms for 24 hours a day until he was finished. Odd because if your wife is Kim Kardashian, you have a permanent distraction. Hopefully this is not only an indication of some new music on the way, but also physical, spiritual and emotional wellness for the rapper we love to hate.
