AAP MLA demonstrates EVM hacking in Delhi Assembly

Mishra said, his complaints referred to the alleged exchange of Rs two crore between Jain and Kejriwal, a Rs 50 crore land deal allegedly arranged for the Chief Minister's brother-in-law and about five AAP leaders' use of party funds on foreign trips. Bhardwaj later told the media that he attacked Mishra because "he has betrayed the party". "My aides caught hold of him and the police came and whisked him away", said Mishra.

The Election Commission on Tuesday said the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) demonstrated in Delhi Assembly on prototype Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) and not on Election Commission of India Electronic Voting Machine (EVM), sources said.

Earlier, beginning his strike, Mishra said, "I'm sitting on a satyagraha till I get clarification on details of worldwide travel expenses of some senior AAP leaders".

Kapil Mishra is filing an FIR or First Information Report with the CBI, alleging that he saw Kejriwal take Rs. 2 crore from another minister, Satyendar Jain, at his home last Friday.

Mr Modi's party rejected these allegations, and asked Mr Kejriwal to respond to Mr Mishra's claims. The politician had also alleged of receiving life threats from an global number. This morning he began the hunger strike demanding that AAP reveal details of foreign trips made by five of its top leaders. You have always said that you don't have money to even contest election, then from where did they get the money for foreign tours.

But the AAP said in a statement that Mr Mishra was sacked because of his poor performance and accused him of making allegations out of frustration.

Kejriwal launched the Aam Aadmi Party in 2012, and it won the Delhi state legislature election a year later, when he became the chief minister.

But he resigned as the chief minister 49 days later because his minority government couldn't enact an anti-corruption law due to a lack of support from other political parties. "If Kejriwal is found guilty then I will personally sit on an agitation at Jantar Mantar and demand his resignation", Hazare said at his residence in Ralegan Siddhi village of Maharashtra's Ahmednagar district.
