Jose Mourinho says Arsene Wenger can feel a lot of positivity towards him this weekend as he prepares to rest some of his Manchester United stars against Arsenal.
With Chelsea clear at the top and Tottenham well-placed in second, Liverpool (69 points, 35 games), City (66, 34), United (65, 34) and Arsenal (60, 33) are looking to finish behind them.
It was a vintage Jose Mourinho performance with Manchester United executing the flawless balance in their game to not slip up and get what they needed. I remember that I met him in the corner of the room for the press conferences and we shook hands again.
Asked if the trip to Arsenal is must win, the England global said: "Yeah, I think so".
"We have two matches in one week against Celta", said Mourinho, for whom winning the Europa League would complete a set of trophies.
Mourinho also welcomed Arsène Wenger's wish for peace by stating there is no problem between them. It would be a big disappointment for me. If there is a problem on the pitch, the next day it is not a problem any more."For me, there is no problem at all and I think he will be very pleased with me that I am going to change my team against Arsenal".
With Zlatan Ibrahimovic injured and Marcus Rashford due to get a deserved rest the big question is: who will play up front for the Red Devils?
Shay Given is the only player to have made a Premier League appearance this season who was alive at the time, while "I don't want to talk about it" by Rod Stewart was No 1. Some will argue top four is up for grabs, but Mourinho's best chance at a Champions League place is to win the Europa League, and Arsenal look long odds for a fourth-place finish right now.
Celta scored goals in all six away matches in the Europa League.
"This is the Premier League, things happen and teams can take points off each other".
It also gives United a good chance of returning to the Champions League, as they sit in fifth place in the Premier League.
We reckon he'll be on the bench in preparation to ensure he's 100% fit for Celta's visit to Old Trafford.
His contract was extended in January for another year and I'm so happy that he's in such incredible form as he has such an unbelievable work ethic.
Celta, by contrast, failed to rise to the challenge of their first ever European semi-final, but they did have the first big chance just 10 minutes in.
"After that Mourinho has got a lot of experience and he just tells his players: "Game's over, game's finished, 1-0, we're not gonna play anymore football tonight".
