Mario Balotelli has hit back at Brendan Rodgers' joke claim that the Italian is the best player he has ever coached.
On Tuesday, the Celtic boss had a joke at the Nice forward's expense during his side's Player of the Year awards evening.
Since joining Celtic in May 2016, Brendan Rodgers has already achieved more than he managed in his three years at Liverpool, but the Northern Irishman clearly hasn't forgotten his time on Merseyside.
This was received by the audience with howls of laughter as they were well aware of the problems Rodgers experienced trying to get the best out of the striker for Liverpool.
Of course, the pair endured a stormy season at Anfield together that ultimately culminated with Balotelli being loaned out to AC Milan having scored just once in 19 appearances.
But Balotelli has today responded with his own message.
The former Manchester City hotshot could not fit into Rodgers' style of football as Liverpool struggled following the sale of Luis Suarez.
Raiola negotiated a free transfer to Nice for his client, which was completed on deadline day.
He eventually went to Nice in French Ligue 1 on a permanent deal, where he has been in much better form with 14 goals in 18 starts.
