LeBron James Traveled Before Go-Ahead 3-Pointer in Game 4

Cleveland picked up a 119-114 win over the Pacers in Game 3 on Thursday to take a 3-0 lead in the series.

INDIANAPOLIS | LeBron James made a 3-pointer with 68 seconds left Sunday and the Cleveland Cavaliers hung on for a 106-102 series-clinching victory at Indiana.

"In this series, I played a lot of minutes, and I felt great", James said.

"You have to mentally challenge yourself every year and go out and try to do what's right - putting your body on the line, putting your team on the line and trying to be successful", James said. Kyrie Irving finished his night with 28 points while the third member of Cleveland's impressive trio, Kevin Love, did his damage on the boards, hauling in 16 rebounds.

Houston won despite an off night for superstar James Harden, who missed seven three-pointer in a row and shot only 5-of-16 overall from the floor. Myles Turner added 20 points and 9 rebounds.

He made the long 3 to give Cleveland the lead, poked the ball away from Young on the next possession, grabbed the rebound when Paul George missed a 3 with 1.9 seconds to go that could have forced overtime and, of course, made 1 of 2 free throws to seal the win.

The Pacers' season will be defined by consistent inconsistency, overall dysfunction, the looming cloud of Paul George's future with the team, and serves as the latest chapter that the franchise can't get past LeBron James. "Ultimately, he is who I'm always going to have to see and face". From the looks of it, Love will appreciate a few days off from the intensity of playoff basketball to refuel for the second round.

It would be the fourth time in six years that James' team ended the Pacers' season. Channing (Frye), Shump (Iman Shumpert), D-Will (Deron Williams), Kyle (Korver), those guys came in and gave us huge minutes. James played every second of the second half, put up 41 points (28 in the second half), 12 rebounds and 13 assists, and led Cleveland to a 119-114 victory over in, giving the Cavs a 3-0 lead. The Cavaliers squandered a 96-83 lead in the fourth quarter and trailed 102-100 before James hit his only trey of the game. "The King" has won 21 straight first-round playoff games, and the last time he lost in the first round was May 6, 2012, when the Knicks beat his Miami Heat squad. They will have a little bit of time to so. Although, George's performance throughout the series and in past games have led to many questions such as is he actually a super star player? Now, with their series with Milwaukee tied 2-2, it's possible Toronto won't even make it that far. That all changed against the Pacers, as LeBron-led bench units demolished the Pacers.

James closed out the game by splitting a pair of free throws after securing a defensive rebound with one second left in regulation.

The Clippers are back in Los Angeles for game five on Tuesday. "We stop attacking. We start playing the clock, and we just can't do that". He was 5-for-21 from the field and finished with 15 points. "That's what it boils down to. make the plays when they need to happen and we did that".

Trailing by 26 with 49 seconds left in the second quarter, the Cavs outscored the Pacers 35-17 in the third quarter to cut the deficit at the break to seven. They had the coach of the month and they had the player of the month.
