Weather forecast: Chance of rain continues Sunday

Thursday is partly sunny with a high near 78, and becoming warmer. Wednesday night will be mostly clear to partly cloudy with lows in the upper 40s/ low 50s.

Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 83.

Showers and thunderstorms remain likely in Tyler before 1 p.m., according to the weather service.

Tuesday the upper low will slowly move closer to Myrtle Beach and Wilmington NC, giving us variably cloudy skies.

Thursday: A 20 percent chance of showers after 1pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 88. Thunderstorms capable of locally heavy rainfall are possible along the front Saturday night into Sunday morning. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 58.

Wednesday: A slight chance of showers between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 53.

A chance of rain, mainly after 5am. Scattered rain and snow showers may continue on Friday, which looks like a chilly day. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 82.

Tonight: Any evening rain/snow showers will come to an end this evening, then clearing overnight.

Friday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 64. Warmer air rolls up from the south to take our highs to the mid 70s. Chance of precipitation is 70 percent. Light and variable wind becoming west 10 to 15 miles per hour in the afternoon. East wind around 18 miles per hour. Chance of precipitation is 50%.

Saturday, April 29 - Sunny, with a high near 81. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 56. The rain keeps our highs near 60 both days.
