While this is not a formal announcement that none of these will release this year, it seems incredibly unlikely that we see any of them before 2018 at the earliest.
We still don't know when Kingdom Hearts 3 is coming- in fact, we've only received 8 minutes of footage for the game ever since it was announced four years ago.
Square Enix really is taking their time with two rather massive RPGs in its line-up, with Final Fantasy VII Remake and Kingdom Hearts III always lingering in the shadows when release dates are brought up. Kingdom Hearts 3 is planned for PS4 and Xbox One.
Both games are scheduled for "2018 or later".
Keep in mind that fiscal years usually don't follow the normal cycle of January-December, and instead companies like Square Enix start their fiscal year in April.
Unfortunately, both "Final Fantasy 7 Remake" and "Kingdom Hearts 3" are part of it.
There has been a rumor floating around a PC version of Final Fantasy XV and Kingdom Hearts 3 is in.
Sora, Donald, and Goofy, on the other hand, are busy in pursuit of the Seven Guardians of Light across myriad in the different worlds. A recent schedule shows that they might not be out until 2018 and beyond. "In terms of the state of development, there is still some way to go", added Nomura.
It's been awhile since we've heard anything official from Kingdom Hearts 3, the whimsical sequel that has been in production since 2006 (and first confirmed by Square in 2013). This would also suggest that the game will not be available before the end of the year.
